The Sinoboom 1323RE is a four-wheel-drive (4WD), fully electric rough-terrain scissor lift (Rough Terrain Electric – RE) with dual extension decks and a working height of 15 m ("13": ~13 m platform floor height, "23": ~2.3 m chassis width). It combines the very large platform and high platform capacity of the diesel 1323RD with a high-voltage battery pack that runs quietly with zero emissions.
