Information, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, on the purposes for which and the legal basis on which we process your personal data.

1. Data controller
This privacy notice has been prepared by Skyrise Platform ve Makine Kiralama A.Ş., in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). 2. Personal data processed
If you contact us through the quote form on our website, our WhatsApp line, email or telephone, we process your personal data in the following categories: identity (first name, surname), contact (telephone, email, work address/province) and customer transaction (the company you represent, the machine type requested, power type, ground conditions, working height, hire period and any free-text note relating to your request). When you submit the form, we also process your transaction security data (IP address, time of submission and the page from which the form was sent), and when you visit our website, technical data about your visit is processed through Google Analytics (pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location). No special categories of personal data are collected on our website.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of preparing a machine and price quote suited to your request; communicating with you during the quotation process; where a contract is concluded, carrying out the hire, sales and service processes; planning delivery and site operations; fulfilling documentation and reporting obligations arising from legislation; following up requests and complaints; ensuring the security of the website and the form; and measuring and improving the use of the website.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the following legal bases: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK; fulfilment of a legal obligation under Article 5(2)(ç); and the legitimate interest of the data controller under Article 5(2)(f). Any processing beyond these bases relies solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected by partly automated and non-automated means when you fill in the quote form on our website, write to us via WhatsApp or email, call us by telephone or share information during our site visits, and through cookies when you visit our website.
6. Technical operation of the form
When you submit the quote form on our website, the information you enter is recorded on the server of our hosting provider together with the time of submission, the page from which the form was sent and your IP address, and is sent to our team by email through our corporate email service (Microsoft 365). A key derived from your IP address is also used in a short-term submission counter to prevent misuse of the form and automated submissions. If you choose to send the information via WhatsApp instead of submitting the form, it is passed to WhatsApp as a ready-made message; in that case the decision and the act of sending are yours. As long as you do not submit the form, the information you enter does not reach us.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies for advertising, marketing or profiling. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, for visitor statistics; this service places analytics cookies in your browser and processes technical data about your visit. In addition, two technical records are kept only in your browser and are not sent to our server: your chosen light/dark theme (kept until you delete it) and the machines you add to the comparison list (kept for the session only and deleted when you close the tab). You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings.
8. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service, with our transport and service business partners, with the parties from whom we obtain accounting and legal advisory services, and with public institutions and bodies authorised by law. Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. If you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, the message content is transmitted subject to that application's own terms of service. The servers of the hosting, corporate email (Microsoft 365) and visitor statistics (Google Analytics) providers we use to run the website may be located abroad; your data may be transferred abroad in connection with these services.
9. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and until the limitation periods and retention obligations laid down in the relevant legislation have expired. When this period ends, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
10. Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties, domestically or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred; request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to an outcome against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.
11. Applications
You may submit requests concerning your rights, together with information proving your identity, by email to info@skyriseplatform.com or in writing to Ihlamurkuyu Mah. Şendal Sok. No: 2, Ümraniye / Istanbul. Depending on the nature of the request, your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the action entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
12. Updates
This privacy notice may be updated in line with changes in legislation or in our business processes. The current version is always published on this page.
