General
At Skyrise Platform, we care about the privacy of the personal data of everyone who visits our website and uses our services. This policy explains which data we process and for what purposes.
Data collected
The information you send through the quote form (full name, company name, telephone, email and details of your request: machine type, working height, hire period, location and your note) is processed to prepare a quote and to communicate with you. When you submit the form, this information is recorded on our server together with the time of submission and your IP address, and passed to our team through our corporate email service (Microsoft 365). The IP address is used to prevent misuse of the form and automated submissions. If you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, your message is transmitted subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or marketing. We use Google Analytics to measure visitor numbers and how pages are used; this service places analytics cookies in your browser. In addition, two technical records are kept in your browser: your light/dark theme preference (until you delete it) and your comparison list (for the session only; it is deleted when you close the tab). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Data sharing
Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service: with our transport and service business partners, with the parties from whom we obtain accounting and legal advisory services, with public institutions authorised by law, and with the infrastructure providers we use to run the website (hosting, email, visitor statistics). Your rights
Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), you have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law, including the right to access your data and to request its rectification or erasure; the full list is set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
